Discover a Space Where You Can Heal, Flourish, and Make Deeper Meaning

Node Psychotherapy currently operates an office in Seattle, with occasional opportunity for in-person sessions in Leavenworth, WA.

At Node Psychotherapy and Wellness, we bring a vibrant blend of therapeutic techniques tailored to spark your journey of self-discovery and relationship improvement. We are informed by a dynamic mix of methods that make each session not just healing, but also engaging and enlightening.

Here’s a glimpse into how we can light up your path to wellness:

Gestalt therapy:

Internal Family Systems (IFS):

We carry all of our experiences and emotions through life, even if what may have been true in the past no longer matches the present.  Gestalt therapy focuses on creating holistic awareness of what is happening and how you're feeling now to create more choice of how to move through life.

We often time experience life as though different parts of us may be feeling or responding differently to the same situation.  IFS seeks to understand how to heal and connect wounded, protective, and even destructive parts in service of enhancing how you relate to your core self.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Gottman Method

Emotions play a central role in how we conceptualize outselves, our relationships, and our broader world.  EFT seeks to unwind the threads of emotional narratives we have about ourselves and our partners, fostering deeper and more secure understanding and attachment.

The Gottman Method mixes thorough assessments of the current and desired state of your relationship with research supported interventions to help you and your partner build deeper friendship, intimacy, and connection in your relationship.

Using these evidence-supported therapeutic approaches, Node help you develop tools to understand yourself better, heal past traumas, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Whether you’re flying solo or navigating the complexities of relationships, we work with you in building an empowered, enlightened path to a brighter future.

It's a no-pressure opportunity for us to learn about your needs and for you to feel out our approach. We’ll explore how we can work together to carve a path toward your well-being. Ready to start?

Getting Started: Your Complimentary Consultation

We request payment at the time of service and are happy to provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through their insurance providers. This superbill will contain all the necessary information required by your insurance company for you to be reimbursed by your insurer.

Insurance and Payments

Node Psychotherapy is a private pay practice and is not paneled with any insurance providers. Unfortunately, the current health insurance environment does not reliably or suitably support clients or clinicians in mental health care. Clients receive therapy in an out-of-network (OON) basis and sessions are paid for out of pocket. Private pay therapy can provide clients with greater privacy protection and gives both client and clinician more flexibility and clarity in how, how long, and what issues we can address.

Many insurance plans do reimburse a significant chunk of the cost of Out-of-Network therapy. Some may cover the full cost of your sessions. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, contact your insurance company and ask what the out-of-network reimbursement would be for outpatient in-person or online psychotherapy. Node Psychotherapy can easily provide you with a monthly SuperBill which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
